Abstract
Because the tropical marine environment has the characteristics of high temperature, high humidity, high salt and high ultraviolet rays, the traditional waterproofing membrane in this environment is easy to age and crack, which is not conducive to engineering use, it is urgent to find a waterproof method suitable for tropical marine environment. Through the compression and anti-seepage tests of different kinds of CCCW and inorganic nano anti-crack and anti-seepage agent concrete, the SEM microscopic analysis was performed. The results showed that compared with the reference component, the performance of concrete mixed with CCCW2 and anti-cracking agent 1 is the most remarkable, with the compressive strength reaching 52.19 MPa, and the impermeability reaching 1.4 MPa, which are increased by 22.92% and 133.33%, respectively. CCCW2 mainly produces needle-like crystals, which is more conducive to plugging cracks and pores. Anti-cracking agent 1 has the best effect on improving pores, and almost no pores can be observed at 10 nm.
