Study on the shifted properties of complexes and graphs

The paper studies the hereditary vertex decomposability of shifted complexes and the realizability of shifted graphs. It gives necessary and sufficient conditions for shifted complexes to remain shifted under strict extension and strict blow-up operations， and proves an equivalent characterization of shifted graphs to remain shifted under disjoint union and join operations.
