Molecular Mechanisms Analysis of Ilex Kudingcha in the Treatment of Colon Cancer based on Network Pharmacology
-
Abstract
In the report, in order to elucidate the function of Ilex Kudingcha in the treatment of colon cancer, Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology database and analysis platform (TCMSP) was used to search the bitter butyl tea information and drug targets, and screen the main effective drug components of I. Kudingcha. Genecards was used to download the gene targets of key diseases in colon cancer. R was used to analyze the relationship between the targets of the main active components of I. Kudingcha and colon cancer related genes. Six effective components, mairin, beta-sitosterol, quercetin, (+)-catechin, (-) -Catechin gallate, and kaempferol were obtained. The signaling pathway involving the function of the effective components include HIF-1 signaling pathway, T cell receptor signaling pathway, TNF signaling pathway, etc., whose biological functions involve nuclear receptor activity, ligand-activated transcription factor activity, and peroxidase activity, etc. The results suggested that the active components of I. Kudingcha have potential effect on preventing colon cancer.
