Temperature Field in the Connecting Channel under the Effects of Different Factors

Abstract
In the report, the connection channel No. 1 of Hohhot Metro Line 2 in Inner Mongolia was used as the engineering background, the finite element software was used to construct the three-dimensional transient temperature field model, the temperature field changes of the connection channel were numerically simulated and analyzed, the actual measured temperature was compared, and the effects of the factors on the freezing temperature field was analyzed. The results showed that the change trend of the actual measured temperature is consistent with that of the numerical simulation temperature, and the transient temperature field obtained by the numerical simulation can reflect the actual situation of the project. The denser the arrangement of the freezing pipes, the shorter the time for forming the freezing wall, the greater the thickness of the freezing wall. During freezing for 40 days, the two sides of the connecting channel are dangerous parts, the attention should be paid to the soil temperature on both sides of the connecting channel during excavation. The changes of the thermal conductivity and salt water flow have a greater impact on the changes of the freezing temperature field, and the larger the two, the faster the formation of the freezing curtain. The effects of specific heat capacity and latent heat on the temperature field are smaller, the thermal conductivity and the effects of salt water flow on the temperature field are mainly considered in the actual project.
