p-th Moment Exponential Stability of Impulsive Non-Autonomous Cohen-Grossberg Neural Networks with Time-Varying Delays
In our report, a new and enhanced Lyapunov function was established, the stochastic analysis tools such as formula and halanay inequality were used to obtain a sufficient condition for the exponential stability of the p-th moment of the networks, a numerical example was proposed to prove the validity of the conclusion.
