Process Optimization and Yield of one Pot Synthesis of Amide

In our study, a novel approach for the direct synthesis of amides from aldehydes and amines under the effects of oxidation and chlorination of TCCA was proposed. The orthogonal optimization experiments were performed to obtain the best process conditions. The compare between the gas chromatography external standard method based on the capillary column and the traditional method to obtain the reaction yield was performed. The results suggested that the former method is more accurate and reliable.
