Detection Mechanism of DDoS Attack Against Web System: A Mechanism Based on Bayesian

A Web system DDoS attack detection mechanism based on Bayesian was proposed, by which webmaster statistical tools were used to obtain Web system accessing statistics and Bayesian theorem was introduced to calculate the probability of DDoS attack. The test results indicated that this mechanism can judge effectively whether there is a Web system DDoS attack, activate the defense strategy, and shut off the non-depth, excessively long-time accessing.
