Effects of Deep-sea Water in Hawaii on the Immunity of Mice

Thymopetidum for Injection were used as positive control, the analysis methods of the phagocytes function of mononuclear macrophage, forme tardive immune reaction caused by dinitrochlorobenzene, HC ₅₀, and immune organ index of mice, were used to elucidate the effects of deep-sea water in Hawaii on the immunity of mice. The results showed that deep-sea water in Hawaii enhanced the phagocytes function of mononuclear macrophage and forme tardive immune reaction of mice, increased HC₅₀ and the weight of thoracic gland and spleen of mice.
