Abstract: This article describes the methods and techniques implementation to establish the real estate sale system, mainly analyzes the contents and managemental process of real estate sale, and designs the system function and database structure, then studies systems using B / S models. At last, it develops the dynamic real estate marketing system according to the sale situation of China’s second-hand houses.
