Abstract:
The polysaccharides were extracted from Ganoderma calidophilum and G. applanatum using distill water and water solutious of sodium hydroxid, oxalic acid and urca. The extracted substances with various extractive reagents were analysed to detefmine the contents of reductive surgars, and the ultraviolets and visable light spectrum analysis of the polysaccharides were examined.
The experiment show that the extracting rate with the solution of sodium hydroxides was the highest, the extracting rates with other solution were higher than with distill water at different degrees. But the procedure of exreaction with the solutrous of sudium hydroxide, oxalic acid and urca are more complicative than with distill water.
