不同的提取方法对喜热灵芝和树舌多糖提取率的影响

The Influence of Different Extracting Methods on Extracting Rate of Polysacchrides in G. Calidophilum and G. applanatum

  • 摘要: 以蒸馏水、氢氧化钠、草酸、尿素的水溶液为提取剂,采用乙醇沉淀法,分别对喜热灵芝和树舌提取多糖物质,并通过对各种提取剂的提取物进行还原糖含量测定及其吸收光谱分析。实验证明,在真菌多糖的主要成分不变的情况下,碱液的提取率是最高的,其他的提取法都比单纯的水提取有不同程度的提高。但是碱、草酸和尿素溶液的提取法却都比水的提取手续复杂。

     

    Abstract: The polysaccharides were extracted from Ganoderma calidophilum and G. applanatum using distill water and water solutious of sodium hydroxid, oxalic acid and urca. The extracted substances with various extractive reagents were analysed to detefmine the contents of reductive surgars, and the ultraviolets and visable light spectrum analysis of the polysaccharides were examined.
    The experiment show that the extracting rate with the solution of sodium hydroxides was the highest, the extracting rates with other solution were higher than with distill water at different degrees. But the procedure of exreaction with the solutrous of sudium hydroxide, oxalic acid and urca are more complicative than with distill water.
