Abstract: In our report, video observation method, comparison method and induction method were used to statistical analysis the 145 goals in 64 matches in the Finals of 19th Football World Cup. The results showed that the number of the goals was the least than that of the last 4 times world cup football match; at beginning of competition, the number of goals was the lowest, between 75-90 minutes of game time, the number of goals reached the highest; the goals of second half were higher than that of the first half; the shoot methods were mainly direct shooting; for 73.1% goals, 0-4 order pass was necessary; the main area of shooting for goal was in the penalty area; the shooting way was mainly by foot; the effective way of goal was the combination of middle and side attack; the character of goal was majorly rolling ball and low flat-based ball; the highest number of goals for each position were from forward player.
