钢材腐蚀行为的研究进展

Research review on corrosion behavior of steel

  • 摘要: 首先对钢材在实验室环境和自然环境下的2类腐蚀试验方法进行了归纳和分类,说明了不同试验方法的特点、适用范围和优缺点等,然后阐述了钢材在电化学、化学和生物作用下的腐蚀机理,梳理了电化学法和失重法这2种钢材腐蚀速率的测定方法及其相互校正关系,分析了钢材腐蚀后的形貌、产物和力学性能的变化及影响,并整理了包括时变模型、灰色模型和BP网络神经模型在内的钢材腐蚀预测模型,介绍了覆盖层保护、电化学保护等抗腐蚀措施及其缓蚀剂.最后,对钢材腐蚀行为的研究现状和进展进行了总结,以期为今后更深入系统的研究提供参考.

     

    Abstract: In the report, at first, the two types of corrosion test methods of steel in the laboratory environment and natural environment were summarized and classified, and the characteristics, application scope, advantages and disadvantages of different test methods were illustrated. The corrosion mechanisms of steel under electrochemical, chemical, and biological actions are expounded. Two measuring methods of the corrosion rate of steel, electrochemical method and weight loss method, and their mutual correction relationship were sorted out. The changes and effects of the morphology, products and mechanical properties of cosseted steel were analyzed. The steel corrosion prediction models, time-varying model, gray model, and BP neural networks model, were summarized. The anticorrosion measures, such as coating protection, electrochemical protection, and corrosion inhibitor, were introduced. Finally, the research status and progresses of steel corrosion behavior were summarized, which aimed at giving a useful reference for further systematic research.
