Abstract: This paper developed the partial equilibrium analysis of generalized value theory into a general one, and briefly summarized the origin and development of the general equilibrium analysis. By resolving the generalized value equation series, this paper also analyzed the nature of general equilibrium and the existence of equilibrium solution about generalized value theory, and therefrom deduced the money form in the configuration of generalized value.
