摘要: 将AHP层次分析法应用于海南省高校师资队伍评价系统， 详细地讨论了在该评价系统中各指标体系的设置原则， 最后利用AHP算法计算出各指标所占的权重， 为进一步科学合理地评价师资队伍的综合素质提供了参考依据．Abstract: In this paper, AHP method was applied in College Teacher Evaluation System in Hainan. The setting principles of indicator system were discussed and each indicator weight were calculated using AHP, and which provided reference information for the further science evaluation of the general quality of teachers.
