基于单纯形重心设计法的UHPRAC配合比优化

UHPRAC mix ratio optimization based on simplex-centroid design method

  • 摘要: 采用单纯形重心设计法对超高性能再生骨料混凝土(ultra-high performance recycled aggregate concrete, UHPRAC)各材料组成的组分含量进行优化,旨在用最少的实验量建立UHPRAC的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度与其各材料组成之间的量化关系,最后根据对UHPRAC力学性能抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的要求,确定最优的UHPRAC配合比.同时,该方法可用于预测不同材料组成配比制备的UHPRAC的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度.

     

    Abstract: In the report, aimed at establishing the quantitative relationship between the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of UHPRAC and the composition of each material with the least experimental amount, the simplex-centroid design method was used to optimize the composition of each material of UHPRAC. According to the requirements of the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the mechanical properties of UHPRAC, the optimal UHPRAC mix ratio was determined. At the same time, the method could also be used to predict the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of UHPRAC prepared with different material composition ratios.
