黄金香柳精油化感作用研究

Allelopathic Effects of Essential Oil of Melaleuca bracteata

  • 摘要: 以高丹草、黑麦草、红三叶、狼尾草和苏丹草等5种杂草的种子和绿豆、萝卜及水稻等3种作物的种子作为研究对象,以黄金香柳精油和甲基丁香酚作为处理药剂,采用除草剂室内生物测定中的滤纸培养皿法,测定了不同浓度药剂对种子发芽和生长量的影响,研究了黄金香柳精油对杂草和作物种子的化感作用.结果表明:黄金香柳精油和甲基丁香酚可抑制大多数杂草种子的萌发,其中,黄金香柳精油对狼尾草的抑制效果最强,其EC50值为67.53μg/mL,甲基丁香酚则对苏丹草的抑制效果最强,其EC50值为94.95μg/mL;除对绿豆种子外,两种药剂对种子的发芽势和发芽指数大多以抑制作用为主;甲基丁香酚对种子茎长的抑制效果强于黄金香柳精油;黄金香柳精油和甲基丁香酚对苏丹草根长的抑制效果最强,其EC50值分别为43.45μg/mL和75.05μg/mL;两种药剂对杂草种子的综合化感效应绝对值整体高于对作物种子的化感效应绝对值,黄金香柳精油对杂草种子的综合化感效应由强到弱依次为:狼尾草、苏丹草、黑麦草、红三叶和高丹草;甲基丁香酚对杂草种子的综合化感效应强弱依次为:苏丹草...

     

    Abstract: In our report, the seeds of five weeds(Sorghum-sudangrass hybrid, Lolium perenne L., Trifolium pratense, Pennisetum alopecuroids and Sorghum sudanense) and three crops(Phaseolus radiates L., Raphanus sativus L. and Oryza sativa L.) were used as the research objects. Melaleuca bracteata essential oil, methyleugenol were used as treatment chemicals. The Petri dish method of herbicide indoor bioassay was used to determine the effects of different concentrations of agents on germination and growth indexes of seeds, and the allelopathy of essential oil of M. bracteata on weeds and crop seeds was analyzed. The results indicated that M. bracteate essential oil and methyleugenol inhibit the germination of most weed seeds, and the inhibitory effect of M. bracteate essential oil on P. alopecuroides is the strongest, and the EC50 value is 67.53 μg/mL, while methyl eugenol has the strongest inhibitory effects on S. sudanense, the EC50 value is 94.95 μg/mL. In addition to P. radiatus L. seeds, the two chemicals inhibit the germination potential and germination index of most of seeds. The inhibitory effects of methyl eugenol on the stem length of seeds are stronger than that of the essential oil of M. bracteate. The inhibitory effects of the essential oil of M. bracteate and methyl eugenol on the root length of S. sudanense are the strongest, whose EC50 value is 43.45 μg/mL and 75.05 μg/mL, respectively. The absolute value of allelopathy comprehensive effects of the two chemicals on weed seeds are higher than that of crop seeds on the whole. According to the order from strong to weak, the allelopathy comprehensive effects of the essential oil of M. bracteate on weed seeds are as follows: P. alopecuroides, S. sudanense, L.perenne L., T. pratense and Sorghum-sudangrass hybrid; the allelopathic comprehensive effects of methyleugenol on weed seeds are as follows: S. sudanense, P. alopecuroides, L. perenne L.,Sorghum-sudangrass hybrid and T. pratense. The overall absolute value of the combined effects of the two chemicals on O. sativa L. and R. sativus L. are higher than that of P. radiatus L. However, the comprehensive effects of the two chemicals on P. radiatus L. is not obvious.
