覆土式秸秆粉碎还田机的设计与分析

Design and Analysis of Soil-covered Straw Grinder

  • 摘要: 由于香蕉秸秆具有含水率高、纤维分布致密等特点,因此传统的秸秆还田机械在香蕉秸秆还田作业中常常会出现粉碎不彻底、粉碎刀具易磨损和易堵塞等问题,为了解决这些问题 ,本研究设计了一种结构紧凑的覆土式秸秆粉碎还田机,该机装配有相互配合的秸秆脱水轮、秸秆粉碎筛网和周向交错布置的锯齿形粉碎刀组,可同时完成秸秆脱水和粉碎工作,并可进行两次覆土作业,通过对秸秆粉碎过程所进行的运动与受力分析表明:其刀片端点的最大绝对速度约为7.87 m/s,可满足粉碎作业要求;刀具在工作区域的应力分布比较均匀,且形变在2 mm左右,所设计的刀具结构和选取的材料可保证可靠工作.

     

    Abstract: Bananas have the characteristics of high moisture content and dense fiber distribution. In order to solve the problems of traditional straw-returning machinery, such as incomplete crushing, easy-to-wear and clogging of crushing tools during the return of banana straw to the field, in our report, a compact structure of the soil-covered straw crusher returned to the field was designed, which has the straw dehydrator, the straw screen, and the serrated shredder set, and can complete the dewatering and crushing of straw at the same time and perform two soil covering operations. The analysis results of the movement and stress of the straw crushing process indicated that the maximum absolute speed of the blade end point is about 7.87 m/s, which can meet the requirements of the crushing operation; the stress distribution of the cutter in the working area is relatively uniform, and the deformation is about 2 mm, the designed cutter structure and selected materials can ensure reliable work.
