摘要: 甲壳胺中游离氨基的含量,是甲壳胺重要的质量指标之一.本文应用电位滴定法,通过样品测定和加标回收率试验,表明电位滴定法用于测定甲壳胺中游离氨基的含量是一个切实可行的方法.Abstract: This paper reports the measurement of the quantity of the free amino in chitosan by potentiometric titration.The result showed that from this method it can be obtained considerably high reclamation. This paper suggests that the method used for the measure of the quantity of the free amino in chitosan is practical.
