Abstract: With deeply development of a network education and increase of network resources,there is a great requirement of designing and developing web-course Learning System.Being a system modeling language of object-oriented（OO）,UML provides methods of analyse of and design for web-course Learning System’s modeling.Discussed designing theory of web-course learning system and OO technology,this paper studied the modeling processes of educational designing theory employing UML.
