Abstract:
Aimed at the problems in the finite element static analysis of the structure of the polypropylene glass fiber water tank bracket, which is used in the hippocampus BA01 series automobile, based on the genetic algorithm, Isight software was used for optimizing three structural parameters of the water tank bracket, the cross beam thickness, the cross section inclination angle of the cross section, and the fillet radius of the water tank bracket. The optimization results showed that the weight of the optimized BA01 automotive water tank bracket is reduced from 5.6 kg to 4.635 kg, which is reduced by 17.2%; the maximum stress is reduced from 2.277 Mpa to 2.107 Mpa, and the fatigue life of the bracket is extended by 3.7%, which is beneficial to the weight reduction of automobiles and high fatigue life.
