基于Isight软件的聚丙烯玻璃纤维汽车水箱支架的结构优化

Structural Optimization of Polypropylene Glass Fiber Automotive Water Tank Bracket Based on the Isight

  • 摘要: 针对海马汽车BA01系列型号汽车所使用的聚丙烯玻璃纤维塑性材质的汽车水箱支架在其结构有限元静力学分析中存在的问题,利用计算机Isight软件并且基于遗传算法,对该水箱支架下横梁部位的横梁厚度、横梁截面倾斜角、水箱支架过渡圆角半径等三个结构参数进行了优化设计.通过对比优化前后的相关数据发现:优化后的水箱支架质量从5.6 kg减轻至4.635 kg,减轻了17.2%;最大应力由2.277 MPa降低至2.107 MPa,疲劳寿命延长了3.7%.因此认为,该结构优化可以有效地实现汽车轻量化和高疲劳寿命目标.

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the problems in the finite element static analysis of the structure of the polypropylene glass fiber water tank bracket, which is used in the hippocampus BA01 series automobile, based on the genetic algorithm, Isight software was used for optimizing three structural parameters of the water tank bracket, the cross beam thickness, the cross section inclination angle of the cross section, and the fillet radius of the water tank bracket. The optimization results showed that the weight of the optimized BA01 automotive water tank bracket is reduced from 5.6 kg to 4.635 kg, which is reduced by 17.2%; the maximum stress is reduced from 2.277 Mpa to 2.107 Mpa, and the fatigue life of the bracket is extended by 3.7%, which is beneficial to the weight reduction of automobiles and high fatigue life.
