Abstract: The germplasm resources of 11 varieties of Dolichos lablab,which grow in Hunan province,were studied by RAPD analysis.It turnesd out that 3 pieces of genetic fingerprint and 33 stripes of DNA band were obtained.Among the 33 stripes of DNA band,16 were of polymorphism.After an analysis,it showed that there were some genetic difference among these varieties,but the difference was small,and some varieties even had the same genetic characteristics.This basically consisted with the results of traditional morphological taxonomy.
