Abstract: In order to elucidate the research progresses of cooperative evolution of network enterprises, the literatures on the cooperative evolution of network enterprises were collected, and the dynamic characteristics were analyzed, and the conclusion that motivate mechanism, reputation and trust are very important was summarized. The traditional qualitative analysis method can not explain the microcosmic mechanism of the cooperative evolution of network enterprises, however, based on the theory of the evolutionary game on the complex networks and the simulation technique, the new research viewpoints are proposed.
