Abstract: Aiming at the present situation in experimental teaching of plant cell engineering,this paper had proposed some suggestions and methods for the improvement of experimental teaching in plant cell engineering.They include strengthening the three fundamentals training of students,optimizing the experimental contents,transferring part process experiment to full process experiment,increasing research experiment,strictly requiring the writing of experiment report,carrying out the teaching by combining with the production practice,reforming the format of teaching,and establishing the reasonable evaluation system,respectively.The paper considered them to be helpful to fully bring into play roles of teachers and students in experimental teaching in order to train students′ creative ability.
