Abstract: The methods of literature review and statistical analysis were used to analyze the correlation between the home and away winning rate, goal difference and sports event ranking in 2010 CSL.The results showed that there was significant difference in the home winning rate, lose rate and away goals between top four teams and last twelve teams in CSL.The difference in away winning rate and goal difference between these teams was very significant.There was also significant difference in home winning rate, lose rate, away goals and goal difference.The sports event ranking was highly correlated with average goal difference and home winning rate, and was moderately correlated with home lose rate, average home goals, away lose rate and winning rate.The home and away winning rate and goal difference has different characteristics and has different effects on sports event ranking.The analysis results of the laws will be helpful for preparing competition.
