Abstract:
In order to understand the effect law of opening holes on the stress of floor double-layer spherical reticulated shell, in the report, the petrochemical homogenization warehouse of a cement plant was used as an example, the static characteristics were analyzed with the finite element software ANSYS. The internal force of the reticulated shell structure in the elastic stage under the control of live load was studied. Further, the internal force changes of the reticulated shell members without holes and with holes were compared and discussed, and the effect law of opening holes on the internal force of the reticulated shell structure was obtained: after opening holes, the axial force of the lower chord rib changes are the biggest, followed by the upper chord rib, and the changes of the ring and web are the smallest, the larger increase of internal force of various members is concentrated in the upper part, side and two ring members near the hole, that is, the stress concentration appears at the hole.
