海南养殖的奥尼罗非鱼暴发性出血症病原的分离与鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Bacterial Pathogen of Fulminant Haemorrhagic Disease in Hybrid Tilapia(T. niloticus♂×T. aureus♀) in Hainan

  • 摘要: 对海南养殖的奥尼罗非鱼所发生的暴发性出血症进行了研究. 患病个体局部鳞片脱落, 皮肤和肌肉大面积充血、出血, 背鳍和尾鳍鳍条末端腐烂、鳍条充血, 严重者肝脏糜烂, 胆囊肿大. 经细菌分离和感染实验确定的病原菌通过生理生化指标鉴定为嗜水气单胞菌(Aerom onas hydrophila), 该病原菌腹腔注射奥尼罗非鱼的LD50值为1.14×104cfu ·g-1. 药敏实验表明, 妥布霉素、庆大霉素、氯霉素、阿米卡星、卡那霉素、利福平、痢特灵和呋喃妥因等抗生素类药物对该病原菌敏感.

     

    Abstract: This paper reported the fulminant haemorrhagic disease of hybrid Tilapia(O. niloticus×O. aureus) in Hainan, China. The typical symptoms of the disease include: Congestion and hemorrhage in skin, muscle, liver and fins; decay in the end of dorsal and caudal fins;enlargement in gallbladder. Five kinds of bacteria were isolated from the sick tilapia with typical syndrome and one of them was proved to be its pathogen by artificial challenge. The pathogen was identified as Aeromonas hydrophila by morphological observation and biochemical test. The LD50 of the pathogen to healthy tilapia was 1.14×104 cfu · g-1 by intraperitoneal injection challenge. The antibiotic sensitivity analysis showed that Tobramycin, Gentamycin, Amikacin, Chloramphenicol, Kanamycin, Rifampicin, Furazolidone and Nitrofurantoin are sensitive to the pathogen and could be selected as its curing medicine.
