基于有限元的空气弹簧横向刚度特性研究

Lateral Stiffness Characteristics of Air Spring Based on Finite Element

  • 摘要: 以车用自由膜式空气弹簧为研究对象,以超弹性材料非线性本构关系为依据,研究空气弹簧接触非线性、几何非线性以及材料非线性,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立空气弹簧横向特性有限元模型,并计算其刚度特性,讨论帘线参数以及初始内压对空气弹簧横向刚度的影响.仿真结果表明:初始内压与帘线角对横向刚度的影响较大.

     

    Abstract: In the report, the membrane air spring for vehicles was used as the research object, and the nonlinear constitutive relation of hyper elastic material was used as the basis to study the contact nonlinearity, geometrical nonlinearity as well as the material nonlinearity of air spring. ABAQUS software was used to construct the lateral finite element model of air spring and calculate its stiffness characteristic, and the effects of cord parameters and the initial internal pressure on the lateral stiffness of air spring discuss were also discussed. The simulation result showed that the initial internal pressure and cord angle have a great influence on the lateral stiffness.
