Abstract: Thymopetidum for Injection were used as positive control, the analysis methods of the phagocytes function of mononuclear macrophage, forme tardive immune reaction caused by dinitrochlorobenzene, HC ₅₀, and immune organ index of mice, were used to elucidate the effects of deep-sea water in Hawaii on the immunity of mice. The results showed that deep-sea water in Hawaii enhanced the phagocytes function of mononuclear macrophage and forme tardive immune reaction of mice, increased HC₅₀ and the weight of thoracic gland and spleen of mice.
