桥梁结构优化的评价指标

Evaluation Index of Bridge Structural Optimization

  • 摘要: 为了从优化程序所给出的一系列优化结果中找出最优设计,本文提出了一个从桥梁结构优化结果中寻找最优设计的评价指标(GOI).该指标将体积挖空率(VR)作为节省材料的量化值,同时将应力指数RIσ)和变形指数RId)作为结构受力的量化值,以此来建立数学公式,然后计算出每个优化结果的具体指标值,进而找出最优设计.最后通过钢拱桥尺寸优化、混凝土壳桥拓扑优化和组合梁桥拓扑优化三个实例,对评价指标的有效性进行了验证,结果显示,该评价指标为设计师找出最优设计提供了一个直观有效的方法.

     

    Abstract: In our report, in order to obtain the best design from a series of optimized results provided by the optimized programs, a global optimization index (GOI) was proposed, in which Volume reduction ratio (VR) was defined to represent material saving, response index of stress RI(σ) and response index of deformation RI (d) were defined as the values of structural stress. GOI was used to obtain a suitable score for each design solution, the optimum solution with highest score was also obtained. Finally, three bridge cases (the size optimization of steel arch bridge, the topology optimization of concrete shell bridge, and the topology optimization of concrete-steel composite bridge) were analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the optimization index,which provides an intuitive and effective method for designers to find out the optimal design.
