开洞外墙对工字型平面高层住宅剪力墙结构抗震性能的影响研究

Effects of Exterior Walls with Openings on Seismic Performances of the Shear-wall Structure of a Tall Residential Building with I-Shaped Plan

  • 摘要: 主要针对开洞外墙对工字型平面高层住宅剪力墙结构抗震性能的影响进行研究.首先,借助于结构分析软件YJK论证所选结构方案的合理性;其次,根据平面不同部位墙肢所分担的水平地震剪力比例以及结构周期比的变化规律,分析不同部位墙肢尤其是开洞外墙对结构抗震性能的影响.研究表明,开洞外墙对整体结构抗侧刚度及抗扭刚度贡献明显,而且在同等抗侧刚度条件下,应适度加大开洞外墙的横截面积以提高该类结构的抗震性能.

     

    Abstract: In our report, the effects of exterior walls with openings on seismic performances of the shear-wall structure of a tall residential building with I-shaped plan were analyzed. Firstly, YJK structure analysis software was used to demonstrate the rationality of the chosen structural scheme; secondly, according to the proportion of the horizontal seismic shear shared by wall limb of different parts in plan and the rule of natural variation period ratio of the torsional motion to the translational motion of the structure, the effects of the shear-wall of different parts, especially the exterior walls with openings, on seismic performances of the structure were analyzed. The results indicated that the contribution of the exterior walls with openings to the whole structure's lateral stiffness and torsional stiffness is evident, which can provide references for seismic design of the similar engineering structures.
