Abstract: In the report， in order to analyze the health care climate resources in Wuzhishan County comprehensively， and provide scientific support for the development of health care industry and the health care activities of residents in Wuzhishan County， based on daily meteorological observation data of Wuzhishan County from 1991 to 2020， the distribution characteristics of temperature， precipitation， relative humidity， sunshine， and wind speed were analyzed. Then， human comfort index， ambient air quality index and normalized difference vegetation index， the climate comfort， eco-environment quality， and air quality in Wuzhishan County were analyzed carefully. And the index of climate health recuperation was further constructed to evaluate the climate health recuperation resources of Wuzhishan County comprehensively. The results showed that Wuzhishan County has a tropical mountain climate which was rich in light， heat， and water， warm in winter and cool in summer， small daily range of temperature， low wind speed， mild climate. Wuzhishan County has the excellent condition of climate health recuperation， including the human body comfort， ecological environment areas， air quality， and which was suitable for climate-friendly activities throughout the whole year. The condition of climate health recuperation in winter half year is better than that in summer half year.
