废旧塑料改性沥青的性能研究

Performance of Waste Plastics Modified Asphalt

  • 摘要: 对比研究了回收塑料所含的3种主要树脂对沥青性能的影响, 结果表明: 随掺量增加, 低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、聚丙烯(PP)均使沥青常温粘度、软化点、当量脆点提高, 而延度降低; LDPE, HDPE改善高温性能的效果优于PP, 但HDPE容易造成离析; 3种树脂按不同比例复配后的改性沥青的性能无突变, 它们对沥青性能的影响规律相同, 仅在个别指标的量上有所差异, 因此直接使用未经分类的混杂塑料改性沥青具有技术可行性.

     

    Abstract: The effects of the three main resin contained in the recycling plastics on the performance of modified asphalt were compared, and the results indicated that with the increas of dosage, the asphalt viscosity at room temperature, softening point and equivalent crisp points were enhanced by low density polyethylene(LDPE), high density polyethylene(HDPE)and polypropylene(PP), and the ductility were reduced; the effects of LDPE, HDPE on the high temperature performance were superior than that of PP, but HDPE easily lead to separation; modified asphalt with blended resins had no performance mutation, the influence law of them were similar, there were differences of seldom index. Taken together, using unclassified mixed plastic for modifying asphalt was feasible.
