Abstract: In the report, the concept of simulated combustible ice was put forward, and the conventional materials, including baking powder, sodium chloride, and marine sedimentary soil, were used to simulate flammable ice, a new method for sample preparation was explored. The triaxial test was performed to analyze the mechanical property of simulated combustible ice, and the semi-empirical mathematical formula of the peak compressive strength of the simulated combustible ice was constructed.
