Abstract: This paper explored the effects of capsules of sheep’s placental extract-margarita on growth and development of the sex organ and sexual function through emasculating male rats to establish impotence model.The results have showed that the eclipse period of penile erection decreased significantly by capsules of sheep’s placental extract-margarita and that the weight of preputial glands,samenblase and prostate of emasculated male rats does not increase.All these have indicated that the capsules of sheep’s placental extract-margarita have some functions on male sexual capacity.
