熟石灰与硅灰对再生混凝土力学性能的协同作用

Synergistic Effect of Silica Fume and Hydrated Lime on Mechanical Properties of Re-cycled Aggregate Concrete

  • 摘要: 为了提升废弃混凝土资源化利用效率,系统探究了硅灰与熟石灰单掺及复合改性对再生混凝土力学性能的影响。采用三重搅拌技术(triple mixing,简称TM),通过抗压试验和劈裂抗拉试验,研究再生混凝土的基本力学性能,并借助扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,简称SEM)解析其微观结构特征。结果表明:单掺硅灰或熟石灰对再生混凝土的抗压强度与劈裂抗拉强度提升有限,复合硅灰与熟石灰对其提升效果显著。微观分析显示,复合体系中的微观结构致密程度显著提高,骨料与浆体的粘接强度增强。研究成果可为再生粗骨料的应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: To enhance the recycling efficiency of waste concrete, this study systematically investigated the effects of silica fume and hydrated lime modifications (both individual and composite) on the mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete (RAC). The triple mixing technique (TM) was employed during concrete preparation. Compressive tests and splitting tensile tests were conducted to evaluate the fundamental mechanical properties of RAC, while scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to analyze its microstructural characteristics.The results demonstrated that:Individual incorporation of either silica fume or hydrated lime provided limited improvement to the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of RAC;The composite modification using both silica fume and hydrated lime showed significant enhancement in mechanical performance;Microscopic analysis revealed that the composite system exhibited substantially improved microstructural compactness and enhanced bonding strength between aggregates and cement paste.These findings provide valuable references for the practical application of recycled coarse aggregates, suggesting that proper composite modification could effectively improve the mechanical performance of recycled concrete while promoting resource utilization efficiency.
