透明软土相似材料最优配比量化设计方法

Quantitative design method of optimal ratio of transparent soft soil similar materials

  • 摘要: 为研究透明软土相似材料兼具透明度和相似性的要求,基于正交试验,采用熔融石英砂、纳米白炭黑、正十二烷和15#白油为原材料配制透明胶结土,并通过环刀试验和固结快剪试验测定其物理力学参数(重度γ、内摩擦角φ和黏聚力c),结合多元线性回归分析和支持向量机评价模型构成了透明相似材料的最优配合比一体化设计方法。结果表明:所配制透明胶结土的物理力学参数可以较好地反映天然软土的物理力学参数特点和压缩特性;基于正交试验数据拟合和机器学习得到的多元线性回归方程组及SVR模型搭建了最优配合比和几何相似常数的一个一体化设计方法。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the transparency and similarity requirements of transparent soft soil simulants, transparent cemented soil was synthesized using fused quartz sand, nano-silica, n-dodecane, and 15# white oil as base materials, guided by an orthogonal experimental test. Key physical and mechanical parameters (unit weight γ, internal friction angle φ and cohesion c) were quantified through ring knife tests and consolidated fast shear test. Combined with multiple linear regression analysis and support vector machine evaluation model, the optimal mix ratio integrated design method of transparent similar materials was developed. The results show that the synthesized transparent cemented soil replicates the physical-mechanical properties and compression behavior of natural soft soil. Based on the multivariate linear regression equations and support vector regression model obtained by orthogonal test data fitting and machine learning, an integrated design method of optimal mixture ratio and geometric similarity constant is established.
