泰国斗鱼的仔鱼营养转换点与饥饿耐受性

Early development and point of no return in starvation of Betta splendens larvae

  • 摘要: 为揭示饥饿对泰国斗鱼仔鱼早期生长发育的影响,以人工繁殖的泰国斗鱼初孵仔鱼为材料,开展饥饿胁迫实验,统计分析仔鱼的卵黄囊吸收、生长、发育、初次摄食率等。结果表明:初孵仔鱼在0~2日龄为内源性营养期,2~4日龄为混合营养期,4日龄后进入外源性营养期。0~2日龄仔鱼生长较快,3日龄时投喂组与饥饿组生长差异不显著,但4日龄后差异显著(P<0.05),饥饿组仔鱼5日龄后生长受抑制,8日龄时出现明显生长停滞,而投喂组生长良好。仔鱼初次摄食率在2日龄为(23.33±5.77)%,3~5日龄达100%,6日龄后下降,饥饿不可逆点(PNR,在饥饿状态下丧失摄食能力的临界点)出现在7~8日龄。仔鱼最佳投喂时间为3日龄,最晚应在7日龄前开始投喂。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the effects of starvation on the early growth and development of Betta splendens larvae, a starvation stress experiment was conducted to analyze yolk sac absorption, growth, development, and initial feeding rate. The results showed that newly hatched larvae were in the endotrophic stage from 0 to 2 days post-hatch (dph), the mixed feeding stage from 2 to 4 dph, and the exogenous feeding stage from 4 dph onwards. The growth rate of larvae was higher from 0 to 2 dph, with no significant difference between the fed and starved groups at 3 dph. However, significant differences appeared after 4 dph. Growth inhibition was observed in the starved group from 5 dph, with evident growth stagnation at 8 dph, whereas the fed group continued to grow well. The initial feeding rate of larvae was (23.33±5.77)% at 2 dph, reached 100% at 3–5 dph, and declined after 6 dph. The Point of No Return (PNR) occurred between 7 and 8 dph. The optimal initial feeding time for larvae is 3 dph, and feeding should commence no later than 7 dph.
