加气混凝土砌块的热湿性能及其对能耗的影响

Thermal and humid properties of aerated concrete block and their effects on energy consumption

  • 摘要: 以加气混凝土砌块为研究对象,通过实验研究密度、温度、相对湿度和含湿量对加气混凝土砌块导热系数的影响,并建立吸附等温线.另外,基于海南岛高温高湿的气候特征,利用DesignBuilder软件模拟该气候条件下导热系数对海南岛典型村镇建筑能耗的影响.结果表明,在常规建筑节能设计中使用绝干状态、20 ℃下的材料导热系数计算建筑能耗会使结果偏低,建筑供冷能耗的变化趋势与导热系数变化趋势一致.

     

    Abstract: In the report, the effects of density, temperature and moisture content on thermal conductivity of aerated concrete block was analyzed and the sorption isotherm was established. Based on the climate characteristic of Hainan Island with high temperature and high humidity, Design Builder software was used to simulate the effect of thermal conductivity on building energy consumption in the typical village of Hainan Island under this climate condition. The results showed that in conventional building energy-saving design, the thermal conductivity of materials in the adiabatic state and at 20 ℃ to calculate building energy consumption can lower the results, the variation of building cooling energy consumption was consistent with that of thermal conductivity.
