高湿热环境下隔震支座连接板防腐技术经济分析

Technical and Economic Analysis of Anti-Corrosion of Connecting Plate of Rubber Isolation Bearing in High Humidity and Heat Environment

  • 摘要: 以建筑隔震支座的上下连接板作为研究对象,通过查阅相关研究文献及现场调研,发现目前使用有机涂层作为长效防腐方案在特殊的海洋大气环境下并不能满足工程的耐久性要求,并且有可能导致隔震支座整体失效的风险.使用方案比较分析法对重度防腐涂层保护、热喷涂保护及使用耐候钢3种不同方案进行技术经济对比,从全寿命周期费用评估角度得出在我国南方沿海地区隔震支座上下连接板,应优先选用耐候钢的技术政策建议.

     

    Abstract: In our report, the upper and lower connecting plates of the isolation bearing were selected as the research objects, and the consulting literature and field investigation were performed. We found that the current use of organic coatings as a long-term anti-corrosion program cannot meet the durability requirements of the project in a special marine atmosphere environment, and may cause the risk of final overall failure of the seismic isolation bearing. The comparative analysis method was used to study three different options of heavy anti-corrosion coating protection, thermal spray protection, and the use of weathering steel. From the perspective of life cycle cost evaluation, the suggestion that the weathering resistant steel should be preferred for the upper and lower connecting plates of seismic isolation bearings in the coastal areas of southern China was proposed.
