Abstract: This paper reports the results on determining the contents of plasma total protein, fibrinogen, hemoglobin, blood sugar, serum cholesterol and serum triglyceride in the bltal of the male and female monopterus albus. The activities of glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase, cholinesterase, isocitrate dehydrogenase and LDH in the serum of different sex momopterus albus are alse determined.
