Phase Transfer Catalyzed Synthesis of 2-(Trichloromethyl)-2-propanol

摘要: 用聚乙二醇-400作为相转移催化剂合成2-(三氯甲基)-2-丙醇, 反应在碱性介质中进行, 条件温和, 反应温度控制在5~10℃, 原料的摩尔配比为丙酮:氯仿:氢氧化钠:聚乙二醇-400=10:10:7:1, 产率为30.4%.Abstract: This paper reports the phase transfer catalyzed synthesis of 2-(trichloromethyl)-2-propanol using polyethylene glycol-400 as a phase transfer catalyst. Its reaction condition is mild, and the reaction carries out between acetone and chlorobrm in alkaline medium. The raw meterial mol ratio is acetone:chloroform:sodium hydrate:catalyst=10:10:7:1. By using this method, a yield of 30.4% could be obtained.
