摘要: 本文详细研究了异价离子(K+, La3+)替位对PZN-PT系铁电陶瓷结构稳定性的影响, 结果表明, K+离子的引入有利于钙钛矿结构的稳定, 而La3+离子的引入不利于钙钛矿结构的稳定.Abstract: The effect of the heterovalent (K+ and La3+) substitution on the perovskite structure stability of PZN-PT ferroelectric ceramic is carefully studied. The results show that the substitution of K+ for Pb2+ helps stabilize the perovskite structure and the substitution of La3+ for Pb2- doesn’t.
