Abstract: The measurement of pulverized coal flux is great concern to save and economic aperation for power station. The paper describes the principle of measurefnent of pulverized coal flux by hot balance method, the mixture process between pulverized coal and hot air and numberical analyzes, the solve for coupled equation. The key work is computer process for measurement data, for example, the enlargement of measurement data, the conversion of analogue quntities, the formularization of parameters. A lot of workes of this paper are yet system hardware arrangement and software design, at last, some prelirninary hot testes were done.
