摘要: 本文所分析的14例,是我们在一次对职工进行健康体检时,给726人作心电图检查发现符合早期复极综合征诊断标准者。其发生率为1.93％,均见于无心血管疾病的人群中。
早期复极综合征是一种正常变异的心电图表现,预后良好,无须治疗,但因易与某些器质性心脏病患者的心电图表现相混淆而导致误诊,故应提高警惕并注意鉴别。掌握本综合征的心电图特点,对于鉴别能引起ST段抬高的各种心脏病具有一定的临床意义。

Abstract: This paper analysis 14 cases of early repolarization syndrome found in 726 cases of health examinations, The rate of incidence is 1.93%.
Early repolarization sysdrome is a normal ECG variation, requiring no treatment. But it is easily confused with ECG of some organic heart disease, resulting in misdiagnosis, so care must be taken to differential diagnosis. To master the ECG characteristic of the syndrome is clinically significant to differentiate the syndrome from variou heart diseases with ST segment elevated.
