烟草中生物碱含量的电位滴定测定法

摘要: 烟草中含有以尼古丁为代表的多种生物碱,其测定方法各异,其中电位滴定法具有仪器设备简单,操作方便快捷、准确等特点。本文用电位滴定法测定了几种国产香烟烟草中生物碱的含量为0.13～0.21％(以尼古丁计)。Abstract: This paper reports determination method of nicotine in tobacco by using potentiometry.Its result is 0.13～0,21% for Content of nicotine in tobacco.
