Abstract: The paper reported that 19 cases of labial adhesion patients during their childhood who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from 1970 to 1986 and whose age were 2 months to 4 years old. 8 persons wereLi nationality and 11 persons were Han nationality among these patients.There were 11 cases who were incorretly diagnosed as pudendal congenital abnormaiity and 7 cases who wore incorrectly diagnosed as Barren women. Their parents were worried by the erroneous diagnosis. The main cause of erroneus diagnosis and problems in treatment would be disc ussed in the paper in orden to providing reference for the medical workers.
The labial adhesion of these patients wene patients were divided with blunt separation method. The curative effeets of this method was very satisfy and the separative wound would heal up soon within 3 to 7 days.
